AFFIDAVIT OF SAME PERSON

            We,  JUAN DELA CRUZ, and JESSICA RANCHEZ , both of legal age, Filipinos and both residents of Makati City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say, that:

           1.       We personally know SAHARA JAMORA, who was born November 4, 1953, in Bohol, Philippines, and who is the wife of SARGE  JAMORA. We personally know SAHARA JAMORA since I, JUAN DELA CRUZ, have been a neighbor of Spouses Jamora since 1981, while I, JESSICA RANCHEZ have been a family friend of the spouses Jamora since the 1970’s;

           2.       It is personally known to us that in the Certificate of Live Birth of SAHARA D. CENIZA, a copy of which is hereto attached as Annex “A” and in the Marriage Contract Between SARGE JAMORA Jamora and Perla Marie T. Ceniza, a copy of which is hereto attached as Annex “B”,  PERLA D. CENIZA AND PERLA MARIE T. CENIZA refers to one and the same person whom we know as PERLA MARIE C. JAMORA;

          3.      That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts.
